on some other forum, someone was lamenting how cars didn’t have “real bumpers” anymore and “hitting a car while parallel parking results in several hundred dollar repair bills.”

My response of “well, how about you try not hitting other cars while parking?” went un-answered.

I’m glad cars don’t have “real bumpers” anymore. It makes my “real bumpers” that much more invincible.
